Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's administrative management, and establish a time-effective administrative service system according to the needs of business development;
2. Develop and optimize administrative-related systems and work processes, track the results of implementation, and continuously improve and perfect the quality of work;
3. Leading the department to carry out daily work, including property management, asset management, administrative procurement, daily administrative affairs management, etc.;
4. Edit the annual administrative budget, and be responsible for the daily management and regular evaluation of the cooperating suppliers to guide the relevant personnel to purchase items;
5. Responsible for continuously improving the administrative service platform, office order and office environment, including office area decoration, company relocation, etc.;
6. Responsible for formulating various administrative emergency plans and emergency handling of emergencies;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than five years of administrative work experience, and administrative work experience in large-scale enterprises is preferred;
2. Have excellent project management and overall planning capabilities, and be able to independently lead related work in horizontal department coordination and vertical in-depth excavation work;
3. Have good written editing skills and certain financial and legal knowledge, good at supplier negotiation;
4. Have excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills, efficient transaction processing skills and excellent outreach and public relations skills;
5. Have a strong affinity, excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organization, and management skills;
